01

Proven and modified engine components

The basic six-cylinder engine has been tried and tested many hundreds of thousands of times in a wide range of on- and off-road machinery since it was first introduced in 2007. Modified especially for use in pleasure craft, the 537 kW (730 hp) i6-730 and the 588 kW (800 hp) i6-800 are available for light duty operations.

02

Modern common rail injection system with up to 1,800 bar

The future-proof yacht engines are based on the D2676 and use a modern common rail system for high mean pressures and optimized combustion. This enables lower vibrations and noise emissions along with reduced fuel consumption.

03

Compact installation

The six-cylinder inline engines retain MAN’s compact design and improved power-to-weight ratio, giving naval architects more freedom during installation.
